Gymnastics lays the foundation for kids to excel in sports. Gymnastics develops childrens' athletic potential because gymnastics is all about physical fitness, agility, strength and flexibility. Sport Kids Gymnastics encourages self-discipline and self-confidence.

Philosophy

Kids learn best by having fun in a positive and rewarding environment.  Our goal is to promote activities for a happy and healthy childhood, and a love of physical fitness to last a lifetime.  We believe that sports are for everyone so whether a student is just beginning or has experience, we have something to offer each one.

What's Unique About Sport Kids Gymnastics, Inc.?

  • 1st Class is FREE, come take a trial class at no charge!

  • Coaching style based on positive reinforcements.

  • Class format includes; each class begins with a fun warm-up consisting of various exercise stations, 3 apparatus stations per week, and ending with a fun game and hand stamp or sticker.

  • Kids come in wanting to exercise, and kids leave wanting more.

  • Progress Reports distributed to see what skills they are working on and have already achieved.

  • Perfect attendance awards at the end of the season.

  • 1 Year achievement medals for gymnasts who are part of our program September through June.
